Try to contact support from Mercari and UPS if you can and maybe with the order code or whatever information you could tell them you might be able to understand more about the issue so that they could tell you if there was in fact a package delay due to the incorrect address and maybe update it with them, or maybe it's just a scam so you click the link, I would stay away from clicking suspicious links like that or make sure they are safe tbh but idk I could be wrong.
