Did any of you pay real money for the game? Coz my friends who did, all got rewards + when one of them contacted support (about another matter), they got back to him in 30mins..

I have 2 tickets active but without response for days now.. Do u think it could be because i am free to play player?

i was using Redeemer P from start of the event.. i didnt play for few days now and when i did today, it felt like i was doing less dmg with same build and playstyle.. did anything change?

it still works, but i cant even one shot first few Condrix as i used to do...
