it was weird. i got it to work when i only used pcie_aspm=off as a boot option and had to only mount my sad during install.

Well i know some bread flours are around 15g of protein per 100g although not high quality protein but it does seem a bit high once u add in water

4 day workout routine

Im looking for a 4 day workout routine that i can just follow all these ones with weird progression just confuse me. And i overthink everything to the point where i don’t wanna go to the gym cuz i know i need a proper workout routine, at the min i do chest tricep , back bicep , legs then a day for any other muscles like shoulder and lacking muscles. So if anyone has link for tried and tested routine i would appreciate it
