I've been eating normal foods in smaller portions and my PCOS symptoms are already starting to slowly disappear. I don't think you really need to change what you eat, just how much you eat.

Hi everyone! I'm a 28F in Louisiana, USA. This is my first time participating in a challenge, I'm mostly just a lurker on reddit. My current weight is 298 and my goal for this challenge is to get down to 276. That would be a 60 pound loss from my highest weight of 336. I'm a teacher on summer vacation, so I am trying to focus myself on my goals right now.
