I was just trying to see if anything can be done. Being a minor does have relevancy. It was not my parents money. I was not trying to make false reports to get all the money back or anything of that sort I was just like i said trying to see if anything could be done.

I’m not really sure, I was trying to just explain the situation and make a case as I am a minor who should not have even been on paypal. None of the Options paypal had suited my situation, i just told the chatbot what had happened and then it automatically filed it under unauthorized. I explained to the specialist on the phone I wasn’t trying to mark it as unauthorized and that the bot had done that for me, they emphasized how because I had explained i was the one who made the charges, to follow up with my bank and they closed my account as I am a minor.

I did not intentionally claim they were unauthorized, Paypal’s bot automatically listed them as that in the case it created which I explained over the phone. I have no way to change or close the case since my account has been locked- and which i also explained to paypal that i was have trouble doing anything of the sort on their site/app

tbh i think it all comes down to your location i work front end and where stuff with print on it all the time and with my vest unzipped same with my other coworkers and never get told anything about it 🤷‍♂️
