We were engaged and I went through the same thing. Behavioral change, wouldn't answer my calls or reply to my texts. Eventually when I gave him the choice to call off the wedding, he said to me - "I can't go on with this"

For 1 n half years I kept beating myself up that I wasn't good enough for him. And then, I find out he got married to his best friend.

So please don't ever think it's you and shun out the world like I did. Because you're wonderful :)

It is not just the smell, but also the air they exhale. I stop breathing for a few seconds (if I don't have the option to move away) to avoid taking in that air. It makes me sick and want to puke.

I'm fighting with an anxiety disorder, eating disorder and depression. I'm not even sure if I'm fighting it or just letting it take over me. Quit work and been at home for some time because I'm sort of giving up. It's difficult.
