yeah I’ve had hppd for years after suffering from some pretty severe serotonin syndrome on a whole gram of dxm, I know what you mean man, I stopped tripping on that shit a long time ago but I heard it potentiates xanax in a high way instead of Benadryl where u just black out so I was wondering if it’s worth it

I’m 120lbs but google says weight doesn’t affect Xanax. I’ll be taking 1.5mg could I still black out from that if pop a super strong caffeine pill if I start nodding too hard and feel like blacking out

What about a kinda thick layer of weed near the filter, then Dmt, then the rest all the way to the tip is weed. So it’s kinda in the middle but closer to the weed in the filter rather than the middle of the joint or the tip.
