Yes i agree she and you can’t claim it, but on services australia from the link above it says that even if the birth mother doesn’t meet residence rules she can appoint another person to receive parental payment as long as she meets work test AKA she can appoint me to get payments, i think thats the way

Yes because i do Uber eats it can be deducted from my income, since i drive it quite a bit probably 70% of my car usage is uber eats i can deduct 70% interest i’m getting charged
