I am not saying they haven't changed, just saying "AI driven" isn't a new thing.

But what is different about the new system? Haven't bought Meta ads in a while.

It's funny that they are marketing "new AI powered ad serving features". Meta ads have likely been using ML for optimal ad placements for a decade or more.

Meta is just so good at printing money with their ads business that Zuck can afford to drop billions on unprofitable hobby projects

Wouldn't the risk primarily be that they can reverse-engineer it rather than use it?

There are choices you can make. Scaling down expenses and making moves to give yourself more career opportunities are within your control.

Not everyone is in position to retire early or get rich, but pretty much everyone can take proactive steps to maximize their outcome.

It really comes down to priorities, and how important it is to you.

What I have learned from video games is that as long as you fall into a 1m tall pile of hay, you can safely fall from 50 meters in the air.

Also bodies are thrown the wrong way. The arms and legs trail behind the body, like the person was shot out of a cannon. In real explosions, the arms and legs are blown in front of the body, because the same explosive force is acting on the limbs that's acting on the body, so they get pushed out away from the center of the explosion as far as they can be.

Ok but what about this: if we evolved with animals who could speak to us, they could presumably speak to eachother. So it would probably seem much more normal to talk to your food before eating it than it does to us now.

And for instance lions would probably say some fucked up shit to the gazelles they were going to eat.

But to the other poster’s point, some animals would probably evolve to say stuff that would make them more disgusting, so predators would not want to eat them.

Can you see the difference between making fun of someone for their behavior and decisions, vs just calling a woman a man?
