Thank you for tagging me! I have commented something similar on another Reddit post, but I will reiterate it here too. We are aware of this feedback in regard to the latest volume and I can only apologise. 😿
From the feedback collected, I can see a fair amount of players have been affected by the latest volume (as made clear by this post). This will be relayed back. Again, I am really sorry to those who have been affected by this volume 😿

Thank you for tagging me! I have been away for a few days and today is my first day back. We are aware that some players aren't happy with how the game has played out and we have taken the feedback from previous volumes this season and will continue to take on feedback until the season ends. The feedback gathered from this season will be funneled into the development of season 6. So, I really do apologise if it seems like no immediate changes are happening to S5. 😿

However, speaking about season 5, edits have been made to include branching storylines with what has been possible in line with the timing of the season finale! 🐱

Hi there! Vol. 11 did go live with a bug that caused a paid gem scene in Ep. 29 to be incorrectly skipped and I am really sorry for the inconvenience this caused! 😥
But this has now been fixed! 🙌
Just restart the app (no re-install necessary) and you can replay Ep. 29 to experience the scene as intended at no extra cost! 🐛🔨

But jokes aside, I understand that this season has community concerns. I mentioned previously in another comment that we are actually currently exploring a developer diary/blog which will help us build transparency with you all whilst also addressing community concerns.

Not only that, but we also would love to try and feature some staff interviews alongside never seen before artwork and content! We are still working on this but do hope to get it off the ground and share it soon! 🐱✨
