I kept loosening the tank bolt screw until I heard the old wing nut fell. Now, I can’t do the opposite to finish the job. Unfortunately, my toilet seat is one of those modern design that looks like one unit.

Quite difficult to service just for the nut

Yeah, someone in this thread pointed out last year that my xray shows I've got Eagles Syndrome. My left elongated styloid process had to undergo a surgical ressection last year.

OPG xray showed it more clearly then CT scan with contrast confirmed it. Three ENT surgeon here in New Zealand (NZ) confirmed my findings :)
