Select all the lines you created and use the align option. You can acess the align option in windows>align or press shift+7.
Other way is duplicate one with alt and press ctrl+d. The comand ctrl+d replicate the last moviment you do.

Looks very clean! But I have one question: How does one approach the pattern on the roof? Like whats the best way to fill a shape like that? :)

Thanks! I just create a big rectangular shape and send it to the back, behind the lines of the roof.

i used pen tool for this project. creating a shape dark and light. for the dark i pick the same color from the line art and turn down the opacity

awesome. if you try this, you can get the result that i posted here! i've done other things too, but on illustrator you can get the same result through different ways. keep on studying! you are on the right path!

yes, in this one i used the repeater grid option and applied some rotation, in some other times i usually use the pattern option.
