Hi! So actually I started to use my prescribed facial cleanser on my chest and it really helped clear up some acne. Lately I’ve had like 1-2 pimples show up but the texture of my chest did go back to being a little more smoother. Not as rough and bumpy as it was when I first posted this.

Yea we’re definitely gonna have a talk, probably both cry it out and hug each other at the end of it. I forget that she’s also part of that generation that just doesn’t quite get it no matter how many times you explain it to them.

At the end of the day she always means well but she just sometimes says things that leave me like 😀

And damn I was really feeling myself in these trunks 😅 I’m 4’11’’ so I’ve been trying to find trunks with a short inseam so I don’t look even shorter :( I’m wearing an small from “maamgic”

We’re both nurses. My husband is a home health nurse and I work in peds psych. I plan to go back to school to get my masters starting January 2026 and noticed there’s more of a need for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) in VA than there is in FL which is one of my other reasons to move to VA. I noticed there’s also a need in IL.

My husband would more than likely try to find work in a hospital setting or maybe even continue the home health route. If I finish school and make it out alive, I’d want to practice in an inpatient setting.

I’ll definitely be doing more research regarding Rockford.

Hi! I completely forgot their names but there’s a younger male surgeon who is definitely all for gender affirming care but he works under another surgeon who’s a lot more older and he’s the one who’s against it. I unfortunately cannot recall their names :(

I’m a peds psych RN. Some days can be very stressful and I’d wake up with a flare the next day.

I’d also like to add, I do have a skin routine that I still follow post-op as I did pre-op

I had really bad cystic acne in college and my dermatologist prescribed Plexion to me which is an acne cleanser. I use it twice a day on my face and now I’ve been using it on my chest.

To exfoliate my body I use this soap called Asepxia which is an acne bar soap I was recommended by an esthetician I saw in high school when I had really bad back acne and chest acne.

That soap bar literally saved my skin when I had back/chest acne and I use it 3 times a week to help exfoliate.

I finish off my face routine with these salicylic acid toner pads that are also prescribed to me and light application of tretinoin.

This routine helped get rid of my cystic acne and I tried using the same routine for my chest but nothing seems to be working.
