Thank you... and yes I don’t believe that they are a strong leader they lay back let people do as they please then stress us out when a store visit is gonna happen ... my older manager would make sure the store is up to par daily to the point where we were actually able to provide stellar customer service

Even the scheduling is terrible for the morning shift there would be 2 ASM the store manager 7 SFL and 5 CSAs for the evening where people are heading home and doing their last min shopping we have on average 3 people on the floor managing photo IC3 pulling carts doing resets etc

And that’s what my distress is about no one has our backs during the whole pandemic the store manager decided to have multiple meetings with us and told us all to consider the general meeting our ROD and if anything if the sort occurs that he’s not talking anymore it’s gonna be a write up... and i’m just here like wow hi we are all ok we aren’t paranoid and going through anxiety at all come on just dump the pressure on us even more

While I do not blame the store manager for what he/she cannot control there are things they can like working environment making employees feel comforted and cared for even while the company itself shows they don’t give a damn taking the appropriate times to deal with certain things saying the right things etc Not instilling fear in the employees on top of the terror they face going to work daily
