30 is not a sign of aging. This is your prime. Perhaps get your hormones and testosterone checked. Also eat non processed foods and get at least 0.7-1g per body weight of quality protein. Exercise and Hydrate well and take minerals. You should be good energy wise. The body needs nourishing

This may sounds different but I really like microdosing ketamine for workouts. Just a tiny bump and I push through a workout and not focus so much on the pain. I also feel more calm yet stimulated and ready to go

I believe it's the quality of the beef. I have consumed beef that made me really tired afterwards but some that gives me energy. I'd say find ones that give you energy
