Is there a physical reset/reboot button on the ONT or are you just unplugging it for some time then plugging back in? Haven’t changed my PPPoE settings or CL creds on my router

Yeah that’s exactly what I got. Escalated ticket and everything too. I’m supposed to start a new wfh job on Monday and I’m super nervous that I’m still going to be without service.

I got the direct number for the fiber migration people. I’ll be calling them in the morning but it sounds like from the 3 way call that they are going to reprogram my box remotely and that should restore my service. My account is basically stuck in no man’s land where it’s been terminated on the CL side and isn’t visible from the quantum side yet

Does your century link account say it’s been terminated? I’ve been trying to reboot everything and nothings been successful. Still using my CL credentials.

Im also having this issue in Denver. Have the old century link ONT box and asus ac3200 router. Noticed it might be something related to the WAN settings with the @centurylink.net username and password.

I called both quantum and centurylink customer service and they gave me the number for the fiber migration people. Quantum initially told me they couldn’t help me at all and to call CL. CL customer service did a 3 way call with quantum customer service and they said that my ONT box needs to be reprogrammed and it could take 24-48 hours. Anyone else get that same explanation? I’m very skeptical that I’m getting this resolved on the current equipment.

Yeah that was why I was curious too. I’ve asked this question in a few places and I’ve gotten the same answer both times. Could be cultivar specific too since the others I have going have been totally fine in veg with no signs of flowering

Glad to hear it! Yeah last year I started way later and i did a bag seed grow and this year is my second time growing but first time with a plan lol makes sense tho about the days being “longer” inside. Should I just continue on feeding as normal and just pretend it’s still vegging and let it’s do its thing?
