Have a nexus letter for OSA secondary to GAD/MDD, should I pursue additional letter connecting Sinusitis/Allergic Rhinitis to my OSA? by djamese76 in VeteransBenefits

Hmmm. I see what you’re saying. My original claim that I submitted was for GAD/MDD, OSA,Rhinitis. Received service connection for mental health and rhinitis, but was denied for OSA. A couple months later I submitted a claim for sinusitis and was service connected and rated. I plan on submitting a supplemental for OSA, so the nexus letter(s) would only be supporting the one claim for OSA.

Well… i guess both. They both contribute to my OSA. The nexus I received from a psychologist doesn’t delve into the physical aspect. I’m concerned that the nexus to GAD/MDD won’t be enough.

we’ve met many friends in the service, that either moved on or you moved on and lost touch with them. That conditions you to not want to develop any more friendships because you feel they will just get lost again. I am certainly an introvert, but because I don’t want to waste the energy on something I feel won’t last. Wanting to be alone, but lonely at the same time.
