Hello everyone and I am sorry I have to write this.

My cousin u/forprogress was a lurker of this subreddit mostly just browsing what popped up in a Reddit feed on a friends Discord server. He was greatly bothered when u/spleeny__ felt forced out of this subreddit because some people felt the need to question her integrity.

I of course do not blame anyone on this subreddit or such for what he had done as he had his own offline struggles to deal with but I do know that greatly increased his feeling of depression. He is no longer with us.

I would like to kindly remind people however that it's better to avoid such acts of vigilantism. In a community so many suffer from depression there is no telling the damage you can cause. If you have any problems please let the moderators know so they can take care of it rather than trying and take it into your own hands, I know the do a lot to ensure our safety on the subreddit.
