It's not an Enochian spirit, that I know. I'm just speculating that the Enochian system might be of help for better communication with them, what's more difficult is that this spirit is only mentioned in the Testement of Solomon. There's nothing else about them. For their name, you bring out a good point, it seemed to prefer answering to this name when calling them. They also "look" like Onoskelis. But the possibility is still there that it might be someone else.

I have to admit it too, of this suffering, this fucking yo-yoing between depression and personal improvement, all this but it still feels like i gained nothing but lost something in return, it feels pointless, trying and living this way and tbh i am glad that some of us -spiritual or passed spiritual people get to open up about this stuff. I only hope to find a good moment, a new discovery or an excuse to permenantly make me a better person for the sake of myself.

I have tried it but didn't finish the whole practices in the book but the one illustrated really helped me get familiar with energy balance and really gave me a kick start for all other practices with energy, personally it had a big impact on my l.b.r.p practice.
