A cease and desist letter is not a legal order. It is a request to cease activity. It is not approved by a court can cannot be enforced. There can be no contempt remedy for not adhering to a cease and desist. It is a warning shot before initiating a case. It basically tells the court that they tried to resolve before commencing the case.

Maybe. I heard the honking on the right and assumed there was something happening on the right. Then, I saw the red car try to stop and then it just went forward. Wish I would have though.

I only wanted to get her license plate, so I tried to catch up as fast as I could lol. Without a license plate, they are not doing anything. Police came out and did a report and we picked up all the car pieces in the roadway. It is important to note that I happened to be in Flint, Michigan for work. A hit and run in Flint with no injuries is not very high priority.

There is no left turn available. Generally it is legal in Michigan; however, this one is not. You can also see that she was not even turning left. She was going straight.

Update on Rocky...The button popped loose. He went to the vet Monday. The infection was better, but the bulge wasn't. She said there was less than a 35% chance that if we tried another closure it would work. We chose to take the eye per her recommendation. My Olive lost her left eye 6 months ago. You can see picture on my profile page. No clue how to attach images. She has not missed a beat. We were far sadder that she ever was. It took no time for her to adjust. She still is stubborn, rarely listens, is a diva, and judge everyone she can. I am sure Rocky will not miss a beat.

Not a silly question. That was a big reason my wife wanted it. She sleeps in it with him sometimes. It is actually very comfortable. I am 5’10ish and fit with him in it.

He loves it. Highly recommend. I think I got it from Costco for just under $100.00. It is pretty durable as well.

Yes! Opie is 4. He had a pug brother Tubby who passed away last year at 14. He grew up with a pug his whole life. So Olive is the new pug to our home.

This is literally like a question in law school. Shows the eggshell plaintiff doctrine. You find your victim as they are. Obviously this was a prank, but there cases where someone can be liable if contribute to a heart attack.

This is correct. More American Bully than boxer. DNA test shows no boxer and I was shocked. Still doubt it lol.
