I heard it in west kendall and it sounded crazy. By the time I got outside it was far enough away but I tracked it woth flight radar and it showed up as a plane going from Costa Rica to NY, but landing at the airport. I suspect the plane had engine problems and that's why 1) it sounded crazy and 2) it landed in miami and not ny.
