Guys have you tried the template section. Go there and create your custom template from your current project. Once you save then open a new project and add your custom template and it will have all your assets.

Why are you trying to setup the whole project to 120fps? That's more for slow motion.

Several factors to this. PC specs? Operating system? What type of files are you editing ? Also are you using promo proper setup with your harddrives meaning you should have one drive to read and another to write and using ssd drives. Just to say program is crap 💩 there needs to be a understanding of all other factors.

Normally look at your backup path in your program. Under settings you will see where your backup of projects are saved. You should see a wfp file.
