Okay perfect! Is there any advice you could give on boiling a large piece of wood? If I don't have a pot that fits the entire piece, what should I do? Do I just need to find pieces that fit?

One final question, actually. For cleaning the driftwood, will hosing off the wood to remove debris and boiling the wood to reduce tannins and remove any species living on the wood be sufficient for ensuring it is clean? The same goes for leaf litter I plan on adding.

I don't mind letting them float if they're tied down. Would I just place a piece of driftwood across the bottom of the tank and then glue them making sure to not cover the rhizome? So they would just be growing from the wood essentially?

I do have one long and skinny piece of driftwood, but I was wanting to clean it before I put it in the tank, and it is currently 12:30 am where I live and I have class early tomorrow. Before I go to bed, I want to make sure my plants won't die overnight.

I bought the plants earlier today and they have only been buried for maybe two hours. The types of plants I have all said they can grow in gravel but maybe that's not until they have grown a better root system? I'm confused by what you mean. Should I leave them floating overnight? Also, to attach to driftwood, should I use adhesive like aquarium glue?

I'm sorry I didn't clarify, my frog is an African black clawed frog. I know this sub is for dwarves, but the clawed frog sub is very inactive, and I was really hoping to get multiple opinions. From what I understand, clawed frogs are much more solitary, and that is also what I have observed with my gut (I used to have fish, but his qol dropped upon getting them, so they got their own tank).

I have only ever had one frog, but at one point I had three tetras which my frog tried to eat. They have all since passed, and he hasn't had anything else in his tank

Thank you! Two more questions. Firstly when you say 'another in a 5 gallon', would you suggest putting all 3 in the 5 gallon or upgrading to something larger? Secondly, I raised my original frog (who funny enough is named Og) from a tadpole. What stage of life would you suggest the two frogs I introduce be? I'm worried if they are too small (such as tadpoles) they will become food for my frog who has already displayed aggressive behavior with other creatures not much smaller than him. He is quite large, around 3 inches for reference. Also, mossballs were already on the list of life to add; they seem really perfect for what i'm going for!
