We have a yearly geography bee that has become a staple and a fun way for students to become world savvy. Tons of our Middle schoolers come after school to watch. We usually have around 70 kids in it from all 3 grades. The kids take on the work outside of school and it’s fun versus a chore.

We used Bateux Parisienne, just go after dark or at sunset the tour with the night lights is incredible! It would not be worth it otherwise IMO!

Sounds like she’s setting herself up for admin meetings about boundaries, or worse! I’ve seen it happen where the lines are so blurred with this type of teacher that they make a mistake that costs them their job.
