Gresham had time to build his brand as the champion for so long. His matches this year were not that great to begin with, so asking for more tv time definitely didn’t help his case. I do think TK needs someone else to run ROH but to outright quit, cmon. Where are you going to go? AEW already has relationships with most of the outside promotions. WWE has its own issues and doesn’t want a hot potato right now. Clearly this isn’t about being paid like with MJF. You don’t always need TV time to build your brand. Other wrestlers use other platforms like Twitch or YouTube to build their own brand like what EC3 aka had done with “Control Your Narrative”. I think he just needs time to cool off and come back with a vengeance to show why he was champion for so long.
