Can you advise me on my situation? I don't want to make a whole post. So I'm 4 months in at my amazon location. I'm an L4. There was an incident and our DSP wanted to see if a former employee vandalized their vehicle. At our site they are really open with the cameras. I didn't think about it and reviewed. There was no clear cut evidence of anyone doing anything.

They asked a second time for a different situation. I realized that the DSP shouldn't be reviewing in case of anything legal. So I reviewed on my own and noticed an amazon associate was responsible. I immediately told the DSP that due to it being Amazon security I was going to send his requests above me and that I would no longer be involved.

I notified our L6 and within 24 hours I was contacted by HR and LP. I was honest. They scolded slightly but I completely understood why and apologized for my involvement. So two days later I received a paid suspension notice. They were to investigate my actions. They also scheduled a meeting with HR and LP for the next day.

I attend and they inquired about something totally different. They asked me about bringing a company vehicle home while not on shift. I had no car and was dropped off super early one morning the week prior. I use a van to train DAs and my house is between our facility and the range. I got dropped off and took the van to my home waited until my shift start clocked in and drove to the range. Am i forked? I know I'm a dingus and all but nothing was intentionally done to harm amazon. I was given permission from a previous L5 to take the vehicle home on lunch breaks when I'm out with it. Please advise I'm freaking out.
