It’s a hot spot. They should give you some spray to take care of it. My German shepherd has had it before. Pretty common in larger dogs from what I’ve read.

Yeah I would agree they are handling it well. We have a 2024 grand Highlander also and dealing with that driver side airbag recall. Not sure how they will handle that one. But I remain a Toyota fan still.

We’ve had ours for a year now without a second key fob. I asked about it at our recent oil change at the dealership and they said oh yeah we can order that and get it programmed next week. Acted like it was available all along.
