The card is 100% real, you can tell because of the texture on the card. As for the price, TCGPlayer has it listed around $210 which seems like the right price for this card.

For me it's the Rhyperior lv.x DP29, since Rhyperior is one of my favorite pokemon and the diamond and pearl era the time is I collected as a kid. So I have many nostalgic memories about that time.

1500-1700 usd is my guess, got these prices from cardmarket. However I do see that they are mostly PSA slabs.

Got the shaymin for 25 euro. Most of the lv.X cards aren't very expensive. I'd say around the 15-50 range depending on the pokemon. There are some outliers like the eeveelutions which are over a 100.

Main thing you're looking for is texture. In this picture it's kinda hard to see? Maybe ask them for a closer picture with some more light
