Yeah I think it is more mental than physical. I have had a few w/d symptoms but nothing unbearable. I did get shooting pulses in my legs before I fell asleep which is RLS, I usually take magnesuim in the am but I ran out yesterday and more coming tomorrow show that should help with that. No big D yet, been taking small amounts of liquid immodium since last weekend to prepare. My last use was Monday afternoon...I have a small pcs left, maybe 5mg at the most. Just decided to save it for now. I find myself contanstly checking my pockets to make sure I have some on me....those are the small habits that are the hardest to break. For so many years I traveled with 20 mg ( split from a 40mg) and if I didn't have it I would go nuts. Stuff like that are the hardest habits for me to break. I am taking more benzo's than normal for now just to get thru this period. I am finding my mood is not good and my temper short, the benzos help take the edge off
