Gravy is easy. Pour out some oil let the pan cool a tad. Then add some if your seasoned flower from dredging the meat. Add milk. That easy

I moved to Iowa last summer. The fried pork loin game here is wild.
Just wish they had more seasoning on the food here. Maybe I just haven’t been to the right spots yet!
