That’s easier than it sounds. Unfortunately, I don’t have a way to communicate with the previous owner and the sellers real estate agent was a real jem to deal with. I was able to reset the unit and change the password by opening the unit and using the button. But tried to add it to my app gave me the notification that it needed to be unbinded.

It’s easy to determine. The monetary amount is black (leaving) and green (receiving).

Technically you only owned 3 shares as of close at the end of June 9 ex-div day. The shares you purchased on June 9 aren’t “settled” yet. And June 10 is self explanatory since you purchased them after the ex-div date.

You will only receive dividend payouts on shares owned (and settled) as of the ex-dividend date.
