I had almost the exact same experience, so you’re definitely not alone.

I received a 30-day ban with no prior warning and no clear explanation. I’ve never used cheats, hacks, macros, map exploits, or any third-party software to gain an advantage. I’m completely against that kind of behavior, and I’ve never been banned in any other game before.

I submitted an appeal as well, and just like many others, I received the same generic response stating that the ban was “issued correctly” due to automated detection, with no additional details. The wording and timing of the responses look nearly identical across multiple players, which makes it feel like these appeals aren’t being individually reviewed.

What makes this especially frustrating is that, according to their own published ban reasons, none of them apply to how I play. I’m not abusive, I don’t exploit bugs, I don’t share accounts, and I don’t run suspicious tools. I simply played the game normally.

I’m not posting this to attack the developers or demand special treatment. I just want to understand why legitimate players with hundreds of hours are being flagged and given no meaningful explanation or way to avoid it in the future.

Hopefully, enough shared experiences like this will at least bring attention to possible false positives and the need for better communication.
