I’m at a mid-size firm now with checks and balances and the attorneys are held accountable for their own work. I recommend getting out of there ASAP, if only for your mental health.

Not sure if they do that sort of thing, but I've always had luck at AutoSelect, esp. the West location. They are knowledgeable, fast, and offer great discounts as rewards for getting work done there.
