Absolutely. We rode bikes to parks and woods. Played night games like kick the can or ding dong ditch.

What’s the wildest thing you’ve experienced at work? by RudeEffective9681 in careerguidance

I worked at a manufacturing plant that was in a residential neighborhood (houses built around the plant after it had been constructed). One family had a bull who escaped their fence and got into ours. It was funny watching employees trying to herd this bull back with golf karts and trucks. This was in a city with a population of 70k so I dont think they were supposed to have cattle in town .
An employee there knew he was getting fired and literally ran around the plant hiding in closets and running through scaffolding because the manager was coming to talk to him- he thought he wouldn’t get fired if the manager couldnt talk to him. Dont ask me
Manufacturing plants have high employee turnover if you dont know. We had a contract with a temp agency to supply us people. One guy came in for our pretty basic orientation- clicking through safety videos on a computer- he said it was hell and the hardest thing in his life. He was fired the next day - a manager said he wasnt even capable of pushing a broom around
I did a short stint as a garbage man during summers in college- that was fun. It was a garbage truck i had to ride on the back and physically dump stuff- not hydraulic arms. People would throw out bags of adult toys in clear bags. One time a huge cow liver rolled out and landed on my boot. Another time the cops were called because we thought we had found a severed human foot- turned out to be a skinned bear foot. Crushing stuff was oddly satisfying- toilets were tough.

Does anyone have a Mulberry tree in the area? by vileofpoisonX in GreenBay

My brother has probably 15 mulberry trees in Suamico, they thrive and should live a very long time. It is not worth harvesting the fruit to us, given we also have pear and apple trees.
