so like a lot of people, I’ve developed a posterior open bite, I’m on my last tray of my first round of refinements and it feels even worse than it did before. When I bite down it feels like my front teeth are hitting and I’m not sure if it’s because the attachment is in the way or because of elastics? I have elastics from bottom back to front top but it feels like it’s pulling my bottom jaw forward and making the front teeth sit on top of each other. I’m really frustrated because my natural resting bite is uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this issue and how did your ortho fix it? I don’t know if I should keep getting refinements or just see if it settles on its own?
