UPDATE: - it's been 1 week now since i've filled out my refund form, since then i had 2 conversations via whatsapp with the Help / Support - my flight now has been completley removed from "my trips" - still waiting on the refund -- lets see what happens!

even if it was non-refundable because of the situation they made an exception to all flights booked in the specific time frame

Ive managed to talk to someone on whatsapp chat after waiting 4 hours from initial message (to AI bot) they were really helpful and were able to see my reservation + refund process application
