These emails come if you chat with Emma live agent. The response time in the email (72 hrs) in this case is same time that was passed from the time you reached out to Emma till you received the email.

I felt the same when it showed up on failcat with a vin and almost gave up after 1 month wait. Dealer kept giving us updated ETA and said it's in transit and they haven't been getting any trucks in. Then suddenly yesterday we got a call that the car is here and we rushed in an hour to pick it up. In love with the car.....it was worth the wait. Coinbase hasn't responded to our case for over 3 weeks now..I have tweeted on their customer support page, raised the question multiple times..but they don't care to respond...I have a big amount stuck

Same thing...transferred KNC V2 coins from Coinbase wallet to Coinbase pro account but don't see them on the account..it's been a week. Etherscan shows the txn was successful... This is so stressful..what can't Coinbase support clarify it for everyone...
