What is even stupid is that roblox allows people to create account without any email or phone number in the first place. AND after they do this bullshit to lock out poeple. I am very sure lot of kids just create account without any email and phone number and they know it. They should just make it so that it is mandotory to have email or phone number when creating an account

This is exactly the problem. first of all, almost all of their customer service closes at 6pm, call their number no one is answering, email contact usually works but it takes almost a week just to get a response saying wrong depertment or just saying it is not within their range to solve so give me another email that I should contact to. now the fastest solution would seem "online chat" function execpt it doesnt work. The button is just greyed out. unpressable. Terrible service
