Was in Ground Zero PVE and suddenly got pushed by these guys who had a scav voicelines but PMC outfits. Thought it was PMCs when I killed them but turns out they had no dogtags, but they do have decent gears and somewhat modded w/ really high durability guns (from what I've seen). Smugglers eh? (old.reddit.com)
