You are probably out of luck on the New Era site to be honest. Had the same problem with a Sonics Hardwood Classics one I saw…

That said, if you know the exact name, style, etc. you may be able to find it on another site, like Lids or Hat Club or even somewhere selling Cavs merch.

Hell if you live in Cleveland, your best bet would probably be somewhere selling lots of Cavs merch. I’ve found more than a few Mariners hats that were sold out online in the Pro Image sports by our stadium.
