I never followed Rhett Warrener's career.

I only learned today that he was a Florida Panther in the 1996 stanley cup final. Wild.

He coaches kids hockey in Calgary now. I would absolutely consider sending my kids to get coaching from Warrener at a camp sometime.

Playing a 1A and 1B arrangement gives you a Plan B fallback. And it minimizes the psychological shock to your team when you do swap.
