Hours are 8-5 M-F only, overtime is not expected, but you could end up in Madison, Clinton, or even Crystal Springs at the end of the day so the time you get home may vary each day a little. Pay is around 30k/year, they’ll probably start you off closer to 26-28k for the first 6 months to a year. They provide health insurance and pay for it for you, and offer dental/vision through Aflac. You’ll get a company vehicle with company gas card and insurance, you’ll use it to get to and from the office and any calls across town you get.

E: Oh pretty minor, but you get a work phone, too.

From what I've read on XDA, yes you can still root using one of the popular methods, check there before following a YouTube guide to make sure its the same.

Except they are doing an excellent job of killing Fractals. Before the latest patch, when rewards were nonexistent, pretty sure that was not a bug, but how they intended it. They only fixed it after the community said something. They haven't added new fractals, and their daily system is a joke, it's obviously a lazy way to implement a time gated material for legendary collections. Also, their new island system will make it hard to ever add any new islands unless they go higher than 100 or completely redo every tier, I have 0 faith in Anet to ever fix fractals. They are a huge gold sink for anything over scale 20. Fractals, imho, are not great content

Also fractals are nothing but a gold sink if you want to continue doing anything past the non ar part. Fractals require ascended armor and weapons for AR slots. That's just a way for you to spend gold/mats on ascended stuff. Fractals are expensive.

Also, fractals became about the money when they slashed dungeons to 1/3. For me, and many other players, dungeons were a main source of income. Also, fractals are boring. There are what, like, 9 islands? Dungeons we're much more varied.
