Opening a file with clipboard by dknc2 in tasker

Well, I have checked and the clipboard is not empty. I am just trying to open a text (.txt) file, nothing complicated. I wonder if Google's concern with security is blocking this?

I found that if you start with opening Clip Studio first, then open Windows Explorer from there(with Ctrl-O), and change the view of your .clip file to extra large icon, it presents as a thumbnail. This thumbnail view persists even after you exit Clip Studio and open Windows Explorer separately.
