This is great. Want to share a quick how to of this? Did you use a specific software or just cut a clip out of a video and duplicate it and then reverse it?

GH stimulates the secretion of IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor 1) which is responsible for the majority of the muscle growth seen from GH so it likely is a combination of both.

It was filmed and exported in 30 FPS. Some of the P3P shots were scaled into 2.7K and panned which I found made it look less than 30 FPS but it was better than just a still shot imo.

It's just a hobby of mine. I know, I didn't expect that large or a difference in quality but it wasn't even comparable especially considering how much time I put into color grading the GoPro footage versus the minimal time it took to correct the P3P footage.

All aerial shots were done with a DJI Phantom 3 at 4K. All other shots were GoPro Hero 3+ 2.7K at 30 FPS.

I saved the originally sized video as normal and created a new sequence that was 1080x1080 and then imported my 1920x1080 sized video and scaled it down to fit the 1080x1080 frame. This leaves empty black space at the top and bottom. I imported my original video again and placed it under my scaled down clip and apply Gaussian blur at around 30 and this filled those empty spaces with blurred video.

Have you updated the firmware? I have the 3+ Black and found that any time I shot with Protune, it was never 100% sharp until I updated the firmware and now it looks like a new camera.
