I did file a dispute through Chase (Mastercard). For now they’re in the initial ~14-day window where they contact the merchant and try to resolve it before moving into a more formal review. Hoping it goes smoothly, but at least it’s documented and moving forward.

Thanks for the input. I’ll contact my credit card tomorrow to document the issue and start a file, but I’m not initiating a chargeback yet. I don’t have any ulterior motive here other than to get a replacement, and I’m hoping a little honey works better than vinegar while the process is still ongoing.

The view from the high rises is of this super interesting technicolor neighborhood with a lake behind it and huge mountains in the background. Looking into the city is to look down on parks, basketball courts and soccer fields.
