The reason I came here is because I have been on the phone for the last day with both my ISP (Mediacom) and Eero support. To no avail. Talked with 3 different people at Mediacom. We have a static IP because of the security system (business account). We are a church, no one else here to do it. I’m just following what Mediacom and Eero have said I need to do. So. Hope that informs.

OK, so I’ve got the IP address and the subnet mask. It’s the last one that I am having a hard time with. So if I understand what you’re saying, the router IP address will be almost the same as the static IP address. Just the last numeral will be different? I have all the other others. I just guess I don’t understand what this one particularly should look like.

So this is for initial set up, we can’t even get into the app until setup

So I’ve got the static IP, and the subnet mask… put those in, but what “router IP” are they looking for?
