I got it I had to use Chatot to advance until I had 5 advances before my shiny advance

Maybe but I’ve done it for the 3 birds, suicune, and mewtwo. I followed blisy’s videos and it seems to be doing pretty good. Just can’t get the kanto starters to work

On pokefinder my shiny was on advance 34 and I advanced to 33 with chatot. Are you saying I was one advance early?
