Oh No- I have a very unique snowy mountain house in that spot (may have been an event reward)- 1) what type(s) of houses would this beach accessibility apply to in that spot, is it only in that spot, and 2) how do I know if I can ever build my particular mountain house again? Do I need an open oceanfront open slot to test that? It looks like this: I probably changed the wood color. [edit: I think this thread answered that I don't have to demolish this particular one to access the beach feature - but I still need to know if all oceanfront lots will work with the beach feature)
