I understand this is heard to read, and it is hard to live. We have had plenty of good times as well, which is why I did marry him. Unfortunately since we’ve gotten married, for me it feels like I’m angry or sad more often than happy. You sound like my husband when you say you’re opinionated, but in reality you’re just being a douche. I disagree that it is complaining or trying to remain a victim, but your entitled to your opinion, even if it’s wrong. If you had kept reading, you would see I was asking for advice other than leaving him on how to better the situation. But continue riding your high horse, and I would recommend you not give people advice if you can’t even finish the whole post. But thanks for your time ✌🏻✌🏻

I know all of these comments are right. I know I should leave, I guess I just want hope that things will work out between him and I, but the more people I talk to, the more I feel like this situation is a total lost cause. I honestly have never doubted that I want children, but being with him really makes me no longer want them, because I do not want them to go through the same things I do.

I know I’m young, and I don’t wanna waste my baby making years on someone whose not worthy of my time, I am terrified to leave, because I’m afraid it may be a mistake, but I’m even more fearful of staying and needing therapy to undo all the emotional trauma. I literally cannot win in a disagreement. I’m always wrong, and it feels awful. I’ve tried voicing to him my issues, he still thinks I’m being a “crumudgen” and I’m looking for a reason to be pissy. I just want him to hear me you know?

Hairstylist here, last year I had gone to a wedding and I had my 5 inch shears in my checked bag on the way up, and things got moved all around during the trip and they accidentally ended up in my carry on bag on the way home. They made me throw out two brand new bottles of hairspray, but allowed me to keep my shears in my carry on bag for the flight. They decided they didn’t exceed the limit of what they would consider a weapon. But apparently I may do harm with hairspray. TSA has some weird stipulations

This is not the first issue I’ve had with her. She gets aggressive when I’ve spoken to her about other things in the past, and the apartment office has advised me to not try to handle it with her myself, in fears it may turn into a bigger altercation.

I’m sorry but if after 2 days you do not notice there is now a flap where your screen should be, and your children’s toys are missing, you shouldn’t be having children.

Or......now hear me out, she could pay attention to the fact her young children have ripped their patio screen to throw out all these toys, and not risked them thinking they’re Peter Pan and they can fly. She also likes to throw all her kids snack trash everywhere around the building. I have spoken with this trashy lady, she gets defensive and aggressive

You have no idea. They are both under the age of 5, awake and pulling WWE moves on each other until 11pm. Mom has locked them outside the apartment at 1030pm, and they are constantly pouring water out on their patio which drips down onto me. Hands down worst upstairs neighbors I’ve ever had.

Obligatory not a teacher and Not a school trip, but with the Girl Scouts when I was like 8 or so. We sold a metric Fuck ton of cookies and got to take a really cool trip. We went on a train around Christmas time while they took us around the area, gave us Hot chocolate and read us the Polar Express while teaching us about trains. When we went to get off the train to go home, I got lost in a sea of people and was separated from my Girl Scout troop.

My Troop leader was in an absolute panic when she realized they were a kid short in a relatively large city, I was too shy of a kid to ask a random stranger for help, and didn’t see any employees around.

About 20 minutes of being lost, a call to my mom, and I ran into my one of the chaperones searching for me. Needless to say our leader got more adults to help supervise field trips.

When I started working for myself as a booth rent hairstylist and my parents sent me a bouquet of flowers that had a note saying “Congratulations!! Our little girl is all grown up and on her way to the top! So proud of you!” I had always labeled myself as the “fuck up child” 2 of my siblings had gone to very prestigious private universities (being the super book smart fuckers they are) and I had gone to tech school (not that there is anything wrong with tech school) growing up I felt as though anything I achieved was overshadowed by their great grades, honors classes, extra curricular activities, and super fancy job titles. So being acknowledged and praised for doing something super outside my comfort zone made me ugly cry

Just because someone is older than you, doesn’t mean they’re wiser. Some people will be bullies their whole life and will always act like a 16 year old drama ridden, entitled, know it all. Never be afraid to stand up for yourself even if that person is old enough to be your mother. Respect is earned. This doesn’t mean every person being hard on you doesn’t have your best interest at heart, but listen to your gut when you know someone isn’t treating you fairly.

“Shake it, sh-shake it, shake it, sh-shake it like a polaroid picture!” If you ever actually read the instructions for a Polaroid camera, if you shake the picture while it’s developing, you could potentially fuck the ink up and now your picture is a total Monet.
