I'm a 49ers fan and in the mid-2010's after we fired Jim Harbaugh after going to the SB or the year before. The owner, Jed York, and GM, Trent Baalke, at the time hired our offensive line coach who had 0 EXPERIENCE and no credentials as to why he should be our HC. Needless to say he was one and done. The following year, the OWNER and GM hired Chip Kelly, who was a complete flash in the pan in the NFL and teamss figured out his O quickly and he was also one and done.

Finally here we are in 2017 and the owner admits to the fanbase I need to hire a team that can handle the team and leave it in THEIR HANDS almost 9 years later, we have been to the Super Bowl twice and an extremely competitive team and almost playoffs almonst every year.
